Synchronar Watch Module (Opened)

Ever wonder what was inside the sealed module of the Ragen Synchronar? David Sanborn found this at a dealer -- someone had opened one up -- possibly to replace the Nicad batteries which had gone bad.  You can see the two round batteries and the watch's circuit board.  The other pieces at the bottom appear to be watch band pins and some unknown metal pieces that probably deal with setting the watch.
